winter vacation

This winter vacation was so cold that I didn’t want to go outside. Besides, my father must go on duty during Chinese New Year so he didn’t have much time to take a trip with my family. I couldn’t help but staying at home.

At the beginning of Chinese New Year, we went to restaurant to have a big dinner for celebrating and talked about everything which happened last year with each other. To my astonished, this restaurant took place a lottery activity and amazing spotlight show during eating dinner.

After the first day, my mom, elder brother and I went back her original home to visit my grandpa. When we arrived at home which my mom lived previously, we not only saw my grandpa but also aunt’s family. I haven’t saw aunt, uncle and two cousins for a whole year and I missed them very much. They are still kind and gentle in my mind. I chatted happily with them during lunch time.

Although I didn’t go somewhere this winter vacation, I enjoyed getting together with my family. For instance, we swept house with my parents and old brother. I love the kind of feeling which family do same thing together.
